Shipping costs
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the product, delivery location, package size and shipping method available.
Some products may have higher shipping costs due to size, weight or bulky-item handling, including camping chairs, swags, backpacks, motorcycle luggage and outdoor gear.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability and supplier processing times.
Some products may ship directly from our supplier or fulfilment partner. If an item is made to order, oversized, bulky or requires extra handling, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, supplier dispatch times, public holidays, weather events and other delays outside our control.
Estimated delivery times will be shown where available at checkout or provided after your order is processed.
Bulky or oversized items
Some items may be classed as bulky or oversized. These products may have higher delivery charges and may take longer to arrive.

Delivery issues
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly, please contact us first and we will help investigate with the courier or supplier.
Risk of loss or damage
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.
International shipping
At this stage, we mainly ship within Australia. If international shipping is available, rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Returns and shipping costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us first. We will help resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
